When you book a service or contact us, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, address, pet details (name, breed, age, health notes), and any instructions you share with us. We do not run ads trackers on this site and we do not sell your data to anyone.
How we use it
Your details are used to assign and brief the caregiver, call you back to confirm bookings, send visit updates and photos, and handle billing. Form submissions on this site are delivered to our internal team via a notification service so we can respond within an hour.
Who sees it
Only your assigned caregiver and the coordinator handling your booking. Caregivers are background-verified and bound by confidentiality expectations as part of their engagement.
Retention & deletion
We keep booking records for as long as you are a customer plus a reasonable period for accounting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time - call or WhatsApp +91 96002 48119 or email [email protected] and we will confirm deletion within 7 days.
