Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after our team calls you back and locks in the time and final price. Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Payment
No payment is taken upfront. You pay after the service is completed, via UPI, card, or cash. Prices shown on this site are starting prices; the final price depends on your pet's breed, size, location, and add-ons, and is confirmed with you before the visit begins.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit. Later cancellations may attract a nominal fee if a caregiver has already travelled to your location.
Pet health & behaviour
You confirm that your pet's vaccinations are current and that you have disclosed any history of aggression, anxiety, or medical conditions. We never force a visit - if a pet is too stressed, we pause and reschedule rather than push through.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution during visits. Our liability for any incident is limited to the value of the service booked. Emergency veterinary decisions, where an owner cannot be reached, are taken in consultation with the partner clinic nearest to you.
